Syracuse China Cascade Chop Plate Round Platter 10 Inches in Diameter with Navy Blue Ring Embossed Swirl on Wide Rim Artistic Design with Art Nouveau Curves on Rim Restaurant Ware Backstamp: Syracuse China 18-D (Manufactured 4th Quarter of 1989) This piece has the 3 beautiful embossed swirls of the Cascade Pattern. However, I was unable to find any comparable piece with the dark blue ring within the rim. It may not be Cascade, but this was the closest I could come to identifying it. This platter is in very good condition with minimal small scratches. There is a small chip on the glazed foot and a couple of worn places on the foot.
