THEY’VE BEEN VISUALLY INSPECTED AND STILL HAVE THE PRESSURE PADS, HAVE INTACT ROLLERS, AND ARE CLEAN WITH NO DIRT OR GRIME & APPEAR TO BE IN WORKING CONDITION. HOWEVER, PADS CAN DETERIORATE OVER TIME OR COME LOOSE, AND THEY MAY NEED REPLACING SOONER THAN LATER (IT IS VERY POSSIBLE THAT PADS WILL COME LOOSE DURING SHIPMENT).
