Under such circumstances, in the event that Buyer is in possession of the Assets, Buyer shall be obligated to immediately return possession of the Assets to Seller and shall be responsible for all costs and attorney’s fees incurred by Seller in connection with regaining possession of the Assets or otherwise incurred in connection with enforcing this Bill of Sale. 6.
